I recently toured Coventry with a client after visiting several other builders in the area, and wow, this community truly stands out. It’s beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and has a completely different feel compared to the others nearby. We had the chance to work with Izra, who walked us through multiple homes and broke down what makes this builder and this community superior to the competition. His knowledge, patience, and transparency made the experience even better. My client knew right away that this is where she wanted to live. If you’re considering new construction, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Izra, you’ll be in good hands.

Went to look at homes in the afternoon and I cannot speak more highly of Izra Melendez. He walked me through different homes they have available, and explained to me what you are actually buying opposed to what they show you in the mock up homes. He showed me what realistic numbers could look like and sat down with me to explain what is needed for buying and closing a home. If you are in the market I would definitely suggest asking for Izra. He is friendly, informative, and his personality shows that he is more than just someone trying to sell you a home, but a person that understands that buying a home can be a lot to handle for a first time buyer/conventional buyer.
