I would stay away - far away. Their product is subpar and their people are unprofessional. I’m routinely involved in home purchases for my family and have been a part of at least five closings including one earlier this calendar year. Jace Armstrong (construction manager) and Andria Gongre (sales consultant) have created by far the worst experience to date. One of four recessed lights in the living room plans were missing and the other three were in the wrong location prior to the dry wall going up. They ‘forgot’ to build a brick entry way written into the construction contract until the first walk through. They knowingly gave us the walk through with pieces of the kitchen molding, a kitchen appliance and attic walkway missing and incomplete to keep up with their schedule. The home ha

Kelly with Plantation Homes was great to work with, she was knowledgable & helped us make decisions through the entire process. It was nice to have someone helpful & understanding by our side. I would definitely recommend this builder & community, we couldn’t be happier.

Easily the better builder in the area. Juan Torres was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. We have been looking around for a while with other builders. We definitely found the right home with the expertise and patience of Juan.
