We have been moved to this house for 2 months now and I have opened 10 warranty tickets so far which would tell you how good of a quality is this builder. I don’t recommend buying from this builder. I am worried how many more issues do I have to see in future.

We told the construction manager to cut the branch of a tree (which is in our neighbours backyard) which is coming onto our new home roof at the time of closing. He only cut it little bit and left the rest of the brach as is which has now fell on our roof due to ice storm, causing a hole in the roof. Now we have to pay for the damages and fix it. These guys will only care (or act to care)about you until you close the house.

One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping for a home. Josh was great to work with. Very informative. Still touring however I am very impressed with the build of these homes.
