Coventry Green Apartments

This is an awful property management company . The units are fine but the property management is absolutely horrendous. Angelina Cortez is the unhelpful leasing agent and Gabriella is the unresponsive property manager and neither one of them are responsive at all. These people do not answer the phone and when you leave a message with your number, they will not call back. It took over two weeks to get a mandatory filter for the unit because they keep the Leasing office locked and closed during all hours, and they do not answer the phone during normal hours of operation. I cannot express how frustrating it is to not be able to have any contact with the leasing office or anyone that works for this property. I moved in this week to the Coventry community, and I could not be happier. Angelina, Gabrielle, and the leasing team went way above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Buffalo (or Williamsville), NY. First class all the way!

I am always so impressed with Patrick and team. The crew is awesome. They are thorough , polite, hard working men. Apartment complexes need a diverse team that can handle a crazy workload for all kinds of issues. The men here handle it all or find someone who can. They are the best! Getting settled in. Been here all of 2 weeks. The Coventry team has been welcoming and supportive. The facilities are all well maintained and my new residence freshly updated upon my arrival. Can't say anything but positive comments about the complex.

I had a difficult start at Coventry due to a neighbor, but now beginning my 3rd year, I'm blessed to call it my home. Coventry took care of us and I didn't feel alone. I've met friends who are now my family, turning a disaster into a blessing. The maintenance team is unlike anywhere I've lived. They care! They do a beautiful job taking care of the property and supporting their residents. The emergency maintenance line is always available and they are ready, even in the middle of the night to help you. They will go above & beyond and make you laugh in the process! The main office listens and is flexible with your schedule should you need to drop something off. Stacey has communicated thoroughly answering all my questions (even the silly ones), been empathetic and ensured I had everything
