Love these apts!! Never have any issues staff is nice and friendly and my anytime something is broken or needs attention maintenance is on it !! Would recommend moving here

This placing has gone down hill since this new office staff and maintenance (2024 year) have came in. Things that old staff and maintenance were quick to check on now get ZERO priority they don’t care because they don’t live here. It’s been TWO weeks since I put in a complaint about my AC and NOTHING! I’ve spent idk how much on fans to TRY and keep this apt cool! When we lost power the office did not care! They couldn’t even make a simple call to report it! Being an all bills paid property they could have at least done that! We were without power for days! When we didn’t need to be! The price of this complex now does NOT match the way it looks. I strongly advise against considering Courtyard Apartments, which have drastically declined since the previous manager departed in February/March 2024. The current state of the property is alarming, with numerous unresolved maintenance issues and poor management practices. Firstly, the new office staff significantly hinders effective communication. The girl in the office does not speak English and makes no effort to bridge the language gap. While this is not a criticism of Latinos, the ownership should ensure that the staff can communicate effectively with all residents. Secondly, the maintenance team is utterly incompetent. I used to live here for 10 years off and on. And when I went by there just a couple ofbdays ago the lady said a $35 app fee and $150 deposit and $100 for the first month. And I filled everything out except my award letter which I was bringing today but she change her move in special on me in one days time and is now saying it's going to be $650 to move in.

Ive been living here for over 5 years and we have not once had problems with maintenance or management. Everytime something goes wrong for example broken sink n etc maintenance would fix it right away. They might not be fancy or well taken care of from the outside but there pretty big n well cleaned from the inside.. Really peaceful place to live. The only thing i disagree with would be the parking lots each apartment has one parking lot for only one car and me personally have 3 cars n i park all 3 cars seperate or we have to be fighting for parking lots, other than that these apartments are great. :)
