Courtyard Apartments

I would give this a -100 if possible. By far the worst apartment manager I ever dealth with. She will watch your every move through her vedio cameras since she lives on property and has nothing to do in life better than boss residence. Shes racist and will stop you to say the racist things. Had an inspection just to walk into my apartment to find her in my bathroom checking the tiles.... WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER!!!! Atleast 30 reviews have been deleted telling true stories that happen here. Do you self a favor and dont move here. Property is nice but unbearable because of manager. Cooperate need to change her.. oh ya "NO SPLASHING IN POOL" is one of her rules... ridiculous.

I have lived here a couple months and I am really happy. They have a new apartment manager Gloria and she has been wonderful. It’s a pretty quiet complex. My unit was just updated and I am very happy so far. I was worried about being near the high school but it hasn’t been much of an issue.

Manager is such a devil person, my God I can't believe someone like her manages a complex, racist old woman.
