This is an amazing place to live. Friendly staff. Helpful maintenance. Beautiful landscape. Plenty of apartment space. Amenities are great. All in all. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Remember they have to maintain everything. And make money themselves.

Stay away from these apartments. They scammed us out of an application fee. Micheal denied our application because he stated we didn’t make three times the rent. We make way over three times the rent. After realizing his mistake he didn’t even apologize just reopened our application. Micheal and the leasing manger Lisa decided to also discriminate against us and said they require three years leasing inquiries but made us provide five years. They leased the apartment to someone else and we are still waiting on decisions because they stated they have to hear back from all past apartments but they refuses to send them the inquires and tell us it our responsibility.

Clean quiet community with great, helpful staff. Maintenance takes care of things in a timely manner. The manager is always on top things and helping residents. Love living here!
