Countryside Manor

I have been living here for about 2 years and love the place. The place is quiet and peaceful and no one bothers you! The property manager Nellie is the greatest she actually cares about her residents she is always there for them! When you need something done or have an issue she not only makes sure it is taken care of but even follows up to make sure everything is all right! Living here has been great!!

Yes there are insects, but they send out exterminators and they handle it well and you don't see the insects for months. Never had rats. It would be a 4 star- no one above or below you. It's in a really nice part of a really nice town. Rent is reasonable. But it is definitely a five star because Nelly and Randy are wonderful, they care about you and do all they can to take care of you. I wish that upper management would give them both a raise, they deserve it!

my community manager Nelly is a great person, she is good at communicating, friendly, and very helpful. I enjoy living in Countryside because it's great location for me for getting around town. I ride the Douglas Connect bus and it has a stop across the street at the library and they drop me off at Countryside main entrance. It is a quite property my neighbors are nice and friendly

I just moved into the community recently and the property manager Nelly is very kind and very helpful and I know I picked the right place to move to because of her! She does a great job and always answers all of my questions and helps me with anything I need. 5 stars to the community and 5 stars for The Property Manager Nelly!

I just talked with Nelly, the apartment complex manage; she had returned my call with the helpfulness I learned to expect from her. Though I am thrilled to be retired and am happily living with a son so that I can be the grandma I have longed to be, I remember well the happinesses and restfulness of living in Countryside Manor in Douglasville, GA. Randy, the maintenance wonder-worker and Nelly faced the usual challenges of such jobs with an admirably steady-handed way, always nice yet tending to all of their challenges for the sake of the tenants and the property. They were a blessing. And Nelly was so caring yet represented her company well. How she did both is still a wonder to me!
