Country Orchard Estates Apt

My husband and i are so happy that we both found this beautiful apartment complex, and we got to meet the manager claudia ,She made us feel welcome from day one. she is very sweet and nice lady and she is very helpful too. My husband and i both enjoying living here,

Love these apartments! Lots of storage space, including a large hall closet and a large pantry. Love the gray walls since they encouraged me to buy beautiful, bright fabrics and artwork to decorate and now my apartment looks better than the one I lived in previously for 15 years!! Claudia is so nice and accommodating without letting tenants disrupt the complex. The complex itself is so quiet and our neighbors are so nice! Lots of doggos in the complex too who are all just the sweetest! Most people are great about picking up after their dogs, but of course not everyone abides by the rules to keep the large grass areas clean. Laundry room has enough machines for 5 loads to be done at once (5 washers and 5 dryers), which is plenty, aside from the rare days when multiple households are

First off I would like to say that Claudia the property manager is a saint , she helped us so much with the move in process. She made us feel welcome from day one. I really appreciated that. I had a issue with my sink and it was fixed right away. The property is clean and the grounds are kept up. If you are looking for something nice and clean and with a property manager that is clear with communication, I highly recommend living at Country Orchards.

While the park-like outside and newly renovated insides are beautiful in this apartment complex, I think the best part is having such a knowledgeable, professional and kind woman in the front office. Claudia is what makes these apartments welcoming. She is fair and honest, and expects the same respect from the tenants. The park is big dog friendly and our doggie has been so happy running around the open areas! Thank you, Country Orchard for making my life better.

One of the nicer complexes in Yucaipa conveniently by the college and freeway/food. Quieter community very family friendly. When dealing with an issue regarding an upstairs neighbor that put me through a lot of hardship during my pregnancy the manager Claudia was very patient and always did her best to handle the situation. She corrects issues gracefully and has the best interest of the community at heart. Im happy to live somewhere where a manager is mature and cares for the residents well being.
