I rented a unit at 309 Grant Street in Redlands for one year. I had a horrible experience with Jenn and her maintenance men. Needless to say, if you live at this property and are still having electrical problems, Jenn is well aware of the issue. It started with me discovering a loud buzzing from the breaker box. I hired an electrician that told me that all the breakers for both units were overloaded and that it was a fire danger. In the meantime, Jeff and Jenn were telling me there was no problem and had actually been laying the blame back on me. Jeff, the maintenance man, kept telling me I had too many items plugged in.
