Tim Hemm Inspections

I have used Tim twice now and he is fantastic. He is truly an expert in his field and his rate is also very competitive. He charged $125 less than previous inspectors my family has used and his report was just as detailed and thorough. He also had it ready the same day which was nice that my husband and I got to attend the inspection in the morning and read the findings later that evening. He was very polite in answering all our questions. He has a lot of experience in all aspects and he even discovered termites in one spot that the termite inspector missed! He said they don’t always check there - wow, thank you, Tim!!!

We requested a home inspection service from Tim for our purchased house before closing yesterday. Tim and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and did a great job. Tim answered our questions and give us pertinent advice. i would definitely recommend him to our friends.

Tim and his assistant Jennifer are great. They were extremely thorough. I appreciate all the photos and short videos they provided as well. I am grateful to have used Tim for my inspection and I highly recommend him.
