Absolutely horrible company! They do not do repairs in a timely manner. And do not return your deposit! After 7 years of on time rental payments and left a clean apartment they charge me fictitious cleaning, repair, and paint costs.! The door knob was removed due to it breaking and locking my granddaughter in the room. The owner was notified and they never fixed it. The single stop does not warrant a $750 cleaning fee when they never cleaned or painted when we moved in. Nothing was ever maintained. We had reached out to titan for repairs to the stairs because they were rotted and we were falling through the floor. It took a year before any repairs were made. Horrible company and I stand by that review.

I have only good things to say about this company. They are polite, courteous, and professional. We began our business relationship with Titan Real Estate Group when we moved into our new place in February. The house is in good condition and the property has been well kept. Every maintenance request we have made has been answered the same day. This is a very big deal. This fact speaks volumes about their quality of service. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are looking to rent a home. It has been a very positive experience doing business with Titan Real Estate Group.

I have rented 2 properties from Titan Real Estate Group, and have had a great experience with them. The rental process on both homes was a smooth and easy process. The staff is extremely professional, and very helpful especially Kristin. Their communication with tenants is always on point. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and staff has always followed up to make sure issues were handled. I highly recommend Titan Real Estate Group.

Quick to have you turn in your application. But absolutely ZERO transparency when it actually comes down to it. It was a back and fourth with multiple attempts to get just a pinch of information. You can use your application for 90 days. But what good is it if they don't let you know anything about it's status or if the property is still even available Lots of better companies to go with. Titan seemed nice at first but your better off somewhere else where they will actually keep in touch and give you updates on your application

We've been renting from Titan for five years now. They are very attentive to issues that need to be fixed. The companies that they contract with to do maintenance work have all been reputable and extremely professional and friendly. The online portal to pay rent and put in maintenance requests is clear and easy to use. Overall we've really enjoyed that we feel like we are in a home, not just a rental property and we appreciate the work that Titan Real Estate does to make that feeling a reality.
