Country Gardens Apartments

My son and I recently rent a apartment at the country.Gardens. this apartment complex is the worst place. I have ever lived It is very old. It is very outdated. My electric bill was almost $600 a month. Now where I live, my electric bill is $87. I complained constantly. Regarding the laundry room area, the noise, the dog poop. The lack of snow removal. The workout room is horrendous. You can't even call it a workout room. The halls are dirty and very drafty, and my apartment was actually located behind a fire. Door and when I moved out 10 days before the end of my lease, they changed the locks on my door so I was unable to get back in and finished. Cleaning and getting the rest of my belongings out. Then, they charged me a cleaning charge, even though I had told them that they need to let

Country Gardens Apartments Property Manager Jayd Morris is very professional and has caring attitude toward customers. She tried her best to help me out and resolve issues with the apartment. Also Maintenance Head Tony was very kind and proactive in addressing issues. Thank you All

I have been here 4 years and have loved it. I have asked to switch apartments many times and keep getting a run around. We are in need of a major renovation but then again rent is very affordable and they have never increased mine. I wish they had 3 bedrooms because we need a bigger space. The keep the grounds very nice. I love the walking trail. The owner or whomever the man is that answers does not seem very polite and hung up on me. Christine is great ! Its definately decent for downsizing and a peaceful place to live. I an hoping there is no issues with our deposit once we chose to leave!

Pretty shocked by all the bad reviews of this place. I'm in my 3rd month and absolutely love it here. The staff and owner have been very upfront and polite to me. The upkeep on the complex is perfect, the moment it snowed I watched as a staff of them hit every walk way with snowblowers, the grass is green and well trimmed. Best part of it all was there was no BS surprise fees or other nonsense. I am paying exactly what they said I would be paying. Edit: now I completely understand the poor reviews. Most of the staff are incredible, except the landlord. He will look for any reason at all not to give you your deposit back. If you're looking to live here prepare to leave expecting a fight. Completely scummy!

The apartments are nice, spacious, and safe. But there are no AC units for the price of the rent. Beautiful grounds.
