My experience with the team of counselors has been the best. They are professional and make you feel comfortable, providing all the support you need, explaining everything clearly, and answering all your questions. They are good people and very professional.

Closing on a home and having tons of paper work to sign can be very intimidating, especially if it's your first time; but I am so happy to say that Ms. Colleen Smyth and her team made my family and I feel at ease from the minute we stepped in the door! Not only did they greet us with a smile, they immediately offered us refreshments and told us that we could also help ourselves. Because I'm not one to pass up sweets, I definitely took them up on their offer! Colleen then took us into a room, and introduced herself as well as all parties involved. She was extremely professional,  knowledgeable, personable, and her bubbly personality made the process such a pleasant experience because she made all of us feel comfortable and welcomed! They were in contact with us throughout the process and kept us well-informed of what we needed to do, when, and why.
