Cottages of Frankfort

I've driven and parked in front of this office everyday for a week. I even spoke with maintenance personnel. I've left several phone messages. It's very disappointing to see on the website there are vaccines however the website doesn't allow for info to be inputted. I've heard what a wonderful place this is to live for us senior citizens however I'm so disappointed that I can't reach anyone to even put in an application.

Like everywhere else they're raising their rent. Making it hard for these elderly people to afford these apartments.

This property at one time was a choice property that many elderly people would turn to when downsizing. Today, this property is owned by Kumar Koneru, an individual with a California address. There is no response when the published number is called by residents to report issues. Residents have on numerous occasions reported issues with no one making any attempt to resolve the issues. There is currently no onsight management and for years managers have not been able to adequately maintain the property. My guess would be they do not have approval or authority from the owners to address issues of concern. Siding is filthy and in some cases showing mold, gutters are falling off in some areas due to tree leaves and debris…never cleaned. Trees are over grown and planted too close to bui

The maintenance isn’t being taken care of. Will not answer or return any calls. I have family there. Ridiculous!!!
