Costa Azul Apartments

Costa Azul apartments is a great place to live. They have washer and dryer connections in most units, nice size swimming pool, and weight room. I like that it’s a quite place to live and that I can go check my mailbox after dark without worrying about my safety. The people that live here are friendly. The stuff in the office are nice and helpful, they take time to listen to my concerns and make sure my maintenance issues are fixed. The maintenance guys complete the work orders fast and are nice.

What a great property to move to the new owner is doing a great job As well as maintenance and the management team did not take long to move in I like how a work order was put in today. Horrible place to live!! Apartment 1508 is badly infested with mold... and I asked them to take care of it for months and they didn’t they will just paint over stuff and not repair the floors…. Keep in mind my apartment flooded multiple times due to poorly maintained ac and pipes so better make sure the floor is replaced and the Sheetrock is replaced too.. I have since moved out and am updating this review.. left the apartment spotless and I posted pictures along with this updated review to show how clean I left it and I ended up owing them money lol… I can say some of the staff is nice (Maria and maintenance manager are the only ones) but there’s a lot of things wrong with this place.
