I’ve had a great experience living at Cortland Ridge Apartment Homes. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always kind, professional, and quick to help whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled fast, and I really appreciate how responsive everyone is. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are beautiful, and it feels safe and comfortable for families. The location is also super convenient — close to shopping, schools, and everything we need. Highly recommend this community if you’re looking for a great place to live in Orem!

I lived here during the COVID 19 Pandemic. I was pregnant at the time. The staff was lovely & so kind. I loved every moment here! We had multiple huge windows in our unit, a great balcony. Friendly neighborhood, safe, cozy, clean! There is so much yard space for my dog to run around behind our building. Big beautiful trees, there was always cute little lady bugs outside. This was truly a wonderful place to be. I would lay out and tan on a blanket in the yard or go take the kiddos swim! I love how much room there was. The playground could use an update. But if you have very small children, it’s perfect. They have a volleyball court with sand. The kids loved to use it as a huge sand box! The staff was so happy for me when I came in pregnant. Lived there for 4 years and the new management nickel and dimes you. We cleaned our apartment and instead of giving us our deposit and prorated rent back they tried to charge us $1000 for normal wear and tear and apartment goes through like new paint and light bulbs. The kids run around in the summer with no parents watching them and they fight loudly. The pool and hot tub are always closed.

We have loved living here. The apartments are very cozy, bright and they have made a lot of upgrades to them! Maintenance is always very quick to respond to requests and they are very kind and accommodating! The grounds are very nice and kept up well. It is pretty quiet within the complex, our only complaint was the noise coming from the main road if you are living in an adjacent apartment. We got used to it, just something to be aware of 👍

We have lived here for 3+ years and only moved because we bought a house. The place itself is the best we found in all of Orem and Vineyard and Provo. You get a garage, super great lighting, and a spacious apartment for a great price. We found that things WERE fixed quickly and that management was always quick to get back to us. Parking is always great, the location is AMAZING, and we can't say enough good about it!
