I am thrilled with my decision to live in this community. The overall experience has been fantastic, from the amenities to the friendly atmosphere, since the new management came in. I’ve been with this community for three years and I’ve never had better experience. Denise, the agent, is THE BEST!! Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I am grateful for her help, effort and for the wonderful living environment this community provides. We’re so happy to be staying another year at Cortland Deerfield Station! Katrina and Denise are amazing — we’re thrilled to have them back. They made our recent transfer smooth and easy, and they’re always so friendly and approachable. The events are fun and thoughtful, and it truly feels like a community here. We love being able to pop into the office for a quick chat anytime. Maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours, and Diego does an incredible job keeping the grounds looking great. This place really feels like home!

I had a great experience living at Cortland. Maintenance was always fast and responsive whenever I needed help in my unit. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, and the community felt welcoming. It’s also a great place for dog owners very pet friendly, and all the pets and owners were great to chat with

Honestly at this point, give the staff at Cortland Deerfield a raise. They have been so helpful and kind. Chris is incredible and professional as well as timely with the service requests. All the staff is pleasant and friendly! 10/10 service so far; they are the best!

Loved My Visit! I visited Cortland Deerfield Station in August for a resident event, and it was incredible! Denise and Katrina were so welcoming, even as a guest. The clubhouse and amenities were spotless, modern, and felt like a resort. My friend always raves about this place—and now I see why. I’m seriously thinking about moving from Ohio to Florida because of this experience. Can’t wait to visit again!
