He stopped by my place to check on how everything was going after the installation of my new refrigerator when my old one unexpectedly died. He asked how the installation went and how the maintenance team did. I told him I was very grateful for how professional and respectful the team was. I’m very particular when it comes to people visiting my home, especially about keeping things clean and removing shoes. The maintenance crew came prepared with shoe covers, which I really appreciated. I recently emailed Will Brown, the Assistant Manager, about an on going after hours noise complaint. The email was very professional and I explained my concerns; also I reiterated that we have made complaints in the past about the same issue. His response was that he "had no record" of our complaints and would treat it as a first offense. I sent him copies of the emails, along with the office responses to those emails, in an effort to remind him that this has been ongoing. His response was that he was aware of the complaints, but I needed to be consistent with the complaints. So how did we go from he had no record, to I haven't complained enough? Makes no sense.
