Property- 2.5/5 The property is kind of mid century modern style that I love. It does need some fixing in certain areas. Some as simple as doormats in the lobby for when it rains or snows. Some as complicated as the trash area that is slippery if rains/snows. The community is usually kind. Sometimes some of the people cause the complicated issues. Maintenance employees are hospitable and slow on some requests. Overall it has its pros and its cons.

Apartment is not a good place to live. While utilities are included you cannot really control anything other than water. You will be hot in the summer time and cold in the winter despite there being heat (that the building decides when to turn on) It doesn’t matter how clean you keep your space. YOU WILL SEE ROACHES. I have included a photo here of how infested the washing machines are to prove it’s a building wide problem and they will find their way into your apartment. My car has been broken into 4 times here and the only thing the management has done is hyper surveil us and charge us (50 a month) to use a barely functional lot across the street (with no security or even as much as yellow lines in the ground to guide parking) I’ve been blocked in multiple times and couldn’t leave for
