Corsican Apartment Homes

Living at Corsican was hands down the worst decision I’ve ever made. These apartments are a nightmare dressed up with a fake “gated community” sign. • Meth lab fire? Yep. My unit was right next door. It literally exploded from drugs. Management knew and failed to warn residents. Fire extinguishers didn’t even work. I was forced to keep living there after chemical exposure despite having asthma. • Security? Nonexistent. My vehicle was stolen. My neighbor’s bike was stolen. Another neighbor had tools taken from a locked carport. Cameras don’t work, “security” sits in their cars, and I was attacked by dogs TWICE in this so-called “secure” property. • Health hazards everywhere: wasp nests, bees, rodents, and roaches. Landscaping leaves thorny bushes and debris that injured my dog. Sidewalks ar

Mostly clean environment. There is no security, but there are closed gates that the local homeless use as access to the facility. It's really annoying. We may have witnessed a drug buy or three in the wee hours of the morning. There's a regular low life who parks in one of the empty parking spaces on the regular. Some of our shady neighbors buy from him. Then there are the washing machines & dryers that may or may not work. There are the occasional arrests of some of the aforementioned neighbors that are not my brand of entertainment. They use the cheapest paint possible that peeks within weeks of living here, and our tub is nearly bare from the terrible job of resealing it. I'm dying to be a senior citizen so I can find a place without all the "atmosphere" at the same or better price.

I was told by The manager Bianca There was a unit available it was an upstairs Unit She showed me and I wasn’t too impressed. Concrete stairs several. No Balcony or patio, Available for 1,798 .she sent me the Application link thru Email, Well it wouldn’t let me complete it I called Bianca and said there was a problem but she just resent the link. I emailed her to say I would be back in for a hard copy Application. I did go and then Found out it was already rented,. Thank God. . Bianca then offered me another Apt for 100.00 more. I live in corsican apartment I was happy living here until new managers came to they giving me 3 days notice to move out and I have big issues paying my rent I been trying getting help by housing to help me paying my rent few months but they decided to have housing paying one payment now I'm stuck paying big money like over 2k I don't have the money at all what I'm going to do I'm only have 3 days notice and their still trash over outside the gates on the walls it's still on the property that's gross to see yes their are homeless people hanging out there and I see them to sneak in the complex last night I saw a guy watching me from my bedroom window I have no place to go I'm hoping that they will have a heart to give me chances to paying my rent and involve my rent portion here at Corsica

I am disabled so I don't have the same rights and freedoms people do who do not need help. I was told by Telecare to deal or go be homeless for a year and I am 61 and female. Sure hurts.
