Corrigan Square Apartments

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment community, and so much of that is thanks to Miss Janita and Miss Robin. They are absolutely amazing always going above and beyond for the residents. You can truly feel how much they care. Whether it’s helping with a need, organizing something special, or simply greeting you with kindness, they make this place feel like a close-knit family. Living here isn’t just about having a nice apartment it’s about having a home where you’re seen, valued, and supported. I’m so grateful for both of them and everything they do to make this community such a wonderful place to live.

I lived at Corrigan square. I love this place, The management here was so helpful from the application process to move in. The unit is very clean and pest free. Special thanks to Ms.Robin Washington and Ms.Janita Thomas. They are very kind, polite and loving. ❤️

Janita & Ms.Robin are so amazing. The best rental office we have had in years! They genuinely care about the wellbeing of their tenants.

Haven't got to move in or visit but I had to leave a review of the amazing people that answered the phone. I was sending out emails looking for housing and out of nearly 20 they were the only to respond. I've lived at my current residence for 30 years. I have no idea how to navigate moving as a low income disabled adult. The ladies that I spoke with here were so very kind. They explained so much and gave me so many answers to questions I was running into walls to answer. I'm not sure where our little family will be moving yet, but based off the courtesy and respect I was given over the phone...it seems it would be a nice place to go.

Bad Management, ignores calls and never returns calls. Packages get stolen all the time don't bother even ordering anything. The only feature that works on the app is them taking my money, moved here in November asking for a copy of the lease, it's August and I still have no copy. Nothing that was broken when moving in was fixed since moving in. Maintenance request is permanently down. Only time you ever interact with management is when they need to invade your privacy for an inspection, and when you sign the lease they never give you a copy of. Oh yeah and I saw someone complaining about rats, yeah the place is infested with them outside. The apartment claims to be pet free but I've seen plenty of cats and dogs.
