Cornerstone Apartments

Leaving this review while I still live at Cornerstone, and I strongly recommend: DO NOT LEASE HERE. The only positives are the pool, landscaping, and quick maintenance response when you submit a work order. However, the front gate has been broken for over six months, making this “gated community” accessible to anyone. We’ve repeatedly been told it will be fixed — it hasn’t. There’s also been a large hole in our building since May 2025 that management has failed to repair. Birds have nested inside, and their droppings regularly land near our entrance. It was cleaned once after I complained about the smell, but the hole is still there. Last year in march we were informed by Orkin that there were termites inside and outside our apartment. We have been here for two years and the management change but that's okay because not a step or beat was missed. We have never had any issues with our apartment. We have called maintenance once and they resolve the issue right away. The staff is nice and attentive. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

My mom and I lived there 14 years! First in building 10, there we had the best view and I enjoyed the high ceilings which made the apartment feel larger. Then we left but came back after 2 years and stayed another 7 years! This time it was in building 5, not really had the same feeling since it was down stairs.We had a few stressful moments from having our upstairs neighbors water heater burst and water leaked into our apartment from the ceiling and then again with the neighbor from right behind us but this time all of our bedrooms,closets carpet got soaked.I loved the area and our neighbors were sweet and helpful. Managers are very nice and very helpful. I would live there again!

Best apartment I've been at so far! Maintenance is very good and their speed is always top teir. Front Office is knowledgeable & keep the grounds looking great with hired lawn care. I enjoy walking my dog without having to worry about my safety, I really like it here.

After Alyssa left and Vanessa, I believe also left this place is a mess. The new manager could care less about the residents. She has no sense of urgency. The place is literally falling apart and she just tries to make up an excuse for whatever reason. I came back specifically for the management, but they’re not there anymore and good luck with this new management or so-called management. I’ll post up some pictures of this so-called community that has “luxurious” amenities.
