could this be the property management, that handle society hill 3 for home owners associations, and change their name to property, if so, there HORRIBLE. I would never ever buy into a gated community again, who need the aggravation.

I put 1 star because I can’t go lower. None of us on the cul de sac want to be a part of their USELESS organization! Simply because they have their sign at the end of our street they can hold us hostage and force us to pay for the one and ONLY service they provide, trash removal. We are NOT free Americans, we cannot choose our own service, we are being held hostage and forced against our will to pay them for a service we can find in our own CHEAPER than what they are forcing us to pay. ABSOLUTE THE MOST USELESS GROUP ON THIS PLANET!! Nothing but hostage takers!

They always send out the bill late and try to charge you a late fee, still trying to see the money is use for that they from 200 homes , there’s no pool, no tennis courts, we cut our own grass and shovel our own snow, so what we praying for
