My move in experience was smooth and the townhouse is gorgeous. Leah is super professional, helpful, considerate, punctual and informative. Every question I had, she had answers for it and any small problems that I had, she was eager to assist me with finding a solution. The girls at the office are pleasant and great deal of help. I’d highly recommend this place to move into to anyone, and would recommend Leah to assist you with your move in experience. Truly a pleasure to work with!

After living here for many years with mixed feelings, I am finally submitting this review. This was initially a five-star review as a friend previously worked for this branch and asked her friends to submit five-star reviews with an employee's name so the employee may be eligible for a perk. Not sure if that's still a policy, so just be mindful reading the five-star reviews. I agree with some of the reviews that appreciate some of the concierge and leasing staff, and would like to say that the below is not a reflection of my experience with those individuals. This month, a vacant unit above mine had a pipe burst, flooding my bathroom and a portion of my bedroom. Someone I care about lives here and had a pipe burst in a vacant upstairs unit. The workers who were in charge of cleaning up the place and putting in new carpets and painting were very poor at communication and getting the job done. Many people were rude to us during this hard process for her because she was displaced from her home, and it is still ongoing. Long story short: We were told to just “throw her clothes on the bed and they would take care of moving the furniture around” and we did not hear updates on their work for several days. The resident was then called during the day out of nowhere to come move her stuff after we were told they had that covered. After much delay, the carpet has been replaced but her personal belongings, including electronics, were haphazardly thrown arou

i absolutely hate living here. if i could give it zero stars i would. EVERYTHING breaks in our apartment. the appliances must be ancient becuase we have been thru two broken washers, two broken dryers, a broken fridge, and our entire heat stopped working during the coldest month of the year and they won’t even answer me about if it will be fixed, i have to call and beg for answers they have not reached out to me once to let me know what’s going on. all three of our toilets have broken. honestly, they have been broken more often than they have been working. anytime we have an issue it takes weeks to get resolved and half of the time when maintenance comes they make mistakes. i have literally had maintenance guys tell me someone else fixed something wrong, or ordered the wrong part, so now i

Komica in the office was wonderfully helpful when we stopped for information. There’s a pool and the clubhouse is kept neat and clean. There’s also a small gym and the offer activities for kids and adults.
