Save yourselves the pain of contracting them as your property management company. No explanation of how HOA fees are being used. Nobody responds to phone calls or emails.

I have owned at Victoria manor in Galloway for almost 2 years and Mem property management has been the management for a little less than that time. They are the worst at answering calls or emails. There staff never returns calls or emails. I have been trying to get answers for months. If you try to speak to a VP he is always on the phone or in a meeting. Why our Board employs there services I don't understand. Maybe the only way to get thru is to get a lawyer to send them a letter.

I am a small business that deals with mem property Management. I deal with Amanda directly and she is a easy person to talk to and deal with she understands what I have to do and the prices that come with it. Also the HOA's that I deal with are very nice people and understand the process that I as business owners have to deal with property management and HOA. Easier to work with and highly recommend it

I’ve been living in Society Hill II for over 20 years. The management is quick to respond to resident requests, the team is professional and helpful. We recently got a new office manager, Kelly, who has made the experience much more positive for all: answers calls/email right away, is friendly and welcoming etc. My daughter was dying to play tennis but we lost the key, so Kelly immediately sprung into action to get us a key. Thank you all!

In my 2 years here at Dolphin Cove I was originally very disappointed in Corner Property management. The never answered, never called back and acted totally disinterested in association meetings. Fast Forward ahead to my first encounter with KIM when they took over, she was surveying the grounds and in the middle of something, but totally stopped and gave me her full attention as I discussed some matters I had noticed. She made me feel heard and that was the first time that had happened here. In every subsequent dealing, Kim is extremely personable and attentive and quickly acts and addresses my issues to the best of her ability in the moment and follows up after as well. In addition to the personal interactions being quite pleasant, she goes above and beyond keeping me and the community
