Overall nice, quiet neighborhood. Would be helpful if complex installed security cameras though since there are a lot of young kids around, especially in the summer. Would rather the complex used money to do this rather than open up the pool this year.

Nice complex- Pros- well appointed for a 2 bed 1 bath- nice kitchen space and big pantry and adequate cabinets. Gas forced air and appliances. Nice walking paths. Convenient to Wawa, Shoprite, church, etc. Neighbors are friendly, a few Stockton students renting but very respectful and nice- lots of lighting and cameras in the parking and walking areas. Front office response to requests are within a reasonable time. Cons- Windows and doors are old, drafty; can get loud on weekend nights.

The people who run their office are the absolute worst customer service representatives I’ve encountered. We have WATER. damages from THREE WEEKS AGO FROM the apartment above US OWNED BY THEM. and they have not made any effort in fixing and mold is growing. When you call them they are nasty hang up on you and use profanity answering the phone to calll them back. They should be reported and fined for leaving these repair undone.

This is the kind of place that you would only feel comfortable at if you had a couple of pit bulls. I saw several people walking theirs during my visit.

If you like loud pipes and upstairs neighbors who flush their toilets every 5 minutes around the clock, this is the place for you!
