I have never had so many problems with a company simply cashing a check. They have lost four checks in the past 2-3 years. The company is in Oceanside but payments are sent to LA. to be processed. Between the two locations commutation is nonexistent. The USPS has been blamed each time but Core Management has neve reported or filed a complaint to the USPS. Because of this I was told to drop the payment in their secure drop box outside their office in Oceanside. This worked for about three months. Apparently the box is only checked about every two weeks. What kind of company would only check their drop box or mail every two weeks? At this point I believe that I am being harassed and forced to use an online portal that I no trust or confidence that it is secure. Would not recommend to
