Corban Discovery Apartments

I have been here a little over a month and have nothing bad to say about these apartments. They are spacious and everyone is so friendly. I came down during New Years to look for a place for my husband and I to move into a week into January and they had everything set for me and keys ready for move-in a week later. They are on top of everything and all really nice people. I love it here. The area is super nice. Nothing bad to say about them.

I have lived here almost 2 years. I moved into what was a 5 star residence and it was kept up immaculately. In the Fall of 2024 this property was bought out and a new management company, too. Ave. 5 is the worst property management company. The Corp does not care what is going on here nor do they want to improve it. Our outdoor hallways were blown out at least once a week. Never now. Our hallways were washed and cleaned at least once a month. Never now. The gym was cleaned once a week without fail. Rarely is the gym cleaned now. I have addressed things that need to be cleaned in the gym and they have not been done. And due to those cleaning it, it is never complete. They fired the pool company because they did not want to pay. The pool is not cleaned properly. Valet trash- often they miss

So over this management! There is nothing luxurious about these apartments anymore but the price. They used to be upkept so much better. The old management was more home felt. The landscaping in front of the buildings is not kept up, the plants that were once alive and maintained have been dead since they took over a little over a year ago. The hallways and stairwells are filthy! So unfair to those of us who were under the old management. They do not care! They only care about the rent they receive every month. So disappointing, so over it.

I discovered this apartment with a short time frame to figure out where I needed to locate. Kiara made the process very simple was very patient with the amount of questions I asked prior to moving in, making moving in straightforward. Apartment complex is centrally located, with the necessities needed to accommodate living, whether that’s grocery shopping, clothing, or eating out. Nice amenities offered as well.

I toured the Corban Discovery apartments and loved my experience! Kiara in leasing was so kind, answered all my questions, did not make me feel rushed, and gave me multiple quotes for me to get more options! Super great location, all spaces were clean, and fave details for everything up front!
