Very happy with the quality of materials and construction. We only had one small grout problem during the first year warranty period, which was immediately and professionally addressed. This is the third house we have built and we are very pleased with our Landon Home.

This company used to be good, then the builder parted ways with them, now it’s the worst craftsmanship and the biggest rip off in new home construction. The salesman and his manager will lie to you constantly, promising you everything and giving you nothing but heartache and stress. Don’t waste your time or money. I know about 20 in my community that all have complaints and faults in their homes, and Landon has abandoned them as soon as the minute after closing, they’re the scumbags that make all Florida builders look bad, a rep came by and told me “it’s not just us, all the builders in Florida do this shabby work” quoted by their representative.
