Property is well maintained. Office is usually prompt answering emails. However, I strongly advise being present during any maintenance service. They'll make a situation worse and then deny doing so. My case: I put in a request for part of my bathtoom flooring chipping off in a corner. I came home the next day and the chipping was much worse in that area. No resolution will be done according to the home office Maintenance made my floor worse and now refuses to fix it. Last year, the previous maintenance man installed my dishwasher incorrectly, therefore flooding my entire kitchen floor. As of today, the dishwasher has not been used in over 2 months due to similar issues. Now I'm told it's a warranty issue. The home office needs to hold these people accountable for their actions. Go anywhere else but here. Horrible experience from the beginning. Leasing lady is rude, unorganized, and lacks communication skills. You will be told the day before you move in that you need to turn electric on and have renters insurance in place. Most of which should have been communicated well before the day before you move in. Parking is horrible. We have 17 spots for 14 apartments, many of which are two bedrooms. You will need to park somewhere else in the dark and walk. Lastly is the conditions in which the apartments are kept. The appliances are old and corroded. There are bugs and hair painted over on the walls and doors. The apartment we stayed in was ok. There was several problems. Old appliances that the leasing lady wouldn’t get rid of so we had to keep calling the maintenance man over. Had to call the fire department because there was an electrical issue with the oven which was scary. Not to mention the leasing lady wasn’t the nicest. We couldn’t renew our lease once it was up because she accused me and my boyfriend of smoking. Which wasn’t the case in fact all of our neighbors were smoking and even smoking on the front porch during the day light. Mind you I’m 9 month pregnant. So at 9 months pregnant we had to pack everything up in less than 30 days and move. Extremely stressful and totally unacceptable. Wouldn’t ever recommend someone to go live there. They need a new leasing lady absolutely!

I HIGHLY recommend not even considering living in this apartment complex. This apartment and their management is the absolute worst. The property manager is rude and disrespectful. Maintenance is okay if you even get a response from management for repair requests. Pest control is non existent. Roaches can be found just about everywhere including in your oven, dishwasher, and cabinets. Other former employees told me they will do their absolute best to avoid returning your security deposit and it’s pretty accurate considering the apartment was cleaner when we left than when we moved in. One of the worst apartments that I've ever lived in. I didn't even stay for a full month. My neighbor was a chain smoker and the smoke smell was constantly in my apartment. There was nothing that the management staff could do since smoking in one's apartment is legal. Also, other neighbors complained about a noise issue a few apartments down from my apartment. The walls are very thin allowing one to hear their neighbors. Overall, it's a low quality apartment complex. I lived in the 4020 block, don't move there.
