Coopermill Manor

I appreciate the entire staff here at the Manor. From office staff, Maintenance and clean laundry room. Never have a problem with young children, teens, and adults. Actually with my disabled grandson I get people and kids asking if they can help me load him or unload him from car to in car into or out of his wheelchair. I love living here. February 3rd will be 1 year.

My brother lives there and I visit at least twice a week. I have not been biten by an alligator or a child under five. I did notice there seemed to be people in almost all of the apartments and behaviors noted to be similar to other human beings in similar areas. No Ice Road Truckers there,parking areas free of ice and snow and no alcoholics seen while I held my bible and prayed to make it to my destination hopefully in just one piece without gunshot holes or any accidental stabbing. Dumpsters always clean and empty at least when I have slept there. I would tell all my family and friends that the most interesting gathering of humans seem to live and coexist without any

Its not to bad of a place itself, its just in the wrong neighborhood. We lived there for three years. Some rules are a bit much, in my opinion, and the others who lived there... Well I'll say you can find some nice and clean people.

When I called about renting a apartment the lady at the front desk was super rude kept cutting me off when I was speaking and when I asked about the wait list she basically told me they don't have no emergency housing applying I was homeless she needs to be fired

Exactly what such a close knit Community would be expected to appear as. I am not long in the area, but lawns and buildings appear safe, pleasant to the eye, and well maintained. Residents I encountered seeking directions were quite helpful and friendly, and I noticed nearby schools. I suspect if I were rearing children, this would be a strong consideration for me in the area.
