Mr Cook is a great guy I bought a home from him and he always took my calls and helped me when I called him.

My wife and I found an apartment that was being managed by Cook Real Estate, and after looking at the apartment we decided to fill out an application for rental. We were told it would be $700 to fill out the application and that if approved $350 (the price for rent) would be applied to our first month's rent and the other $350 would be held as a deposit. If we were not approved, Mr. Cook told us that we would get all of our money back. While filling out the application, a woman came in with her deposit for the same apartment for which we were applying. The woman told Mr. Cook that Brian Lameier (the Cook Real Estate sales associate who manages the property) told her that the apartment was hers as long as she brought in her deposit after work, which she did. They rent out slum homes. They made deposit demands, or the home is gone. Was caught in a bind and felt like trash. Slow in getting house ready. They MAIN concern, is getting money. Probably a trump supporter. Mean and uncaring. Buying a house soon. Would Never use cook rty for anything.

One only needs to read the unprofessional and inappropriate ranting on their webpage to understand that this company is trashy and ghetto! The owners will surely have their day in someone's courthouse with the illegal and unethical rental processes that take place there! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, NOR RETAIN THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!

We just stopped in to get information on apartment rentals which they don't do however The agents there were able to point us in a good direction friendly courteous And professional.Thank you for your kind hospitality.
