The worst company I have ever tried to work with , they do not return calls and have not been following Maryland and federal laws. The worst part is, they don’t care. I have paid my fees on time and still keep getting late fees applied. I plan to look at our community finance after several other communities found major mess ups and left Conway. The sad part is my own community members don’t have anything good to say about this company as well. It’s scary to me that many contractors won’t work with them either. Be aware of your fees you pay and get no answers to your questions. I have never left a review that was this bad. I had read all the bad reviews of Conway and was dreading contacting them to get guidance on water in my basement. Mike Fitch (not to be confused with Mike Rose) responded. I got right through to him on the phone and he came out that same day to just take a look and see what was going on. He was very pleasant and took his time looking around to help us figure out what was going on. He wasn't rushed at all. While it ended up not being a condo assn claim, I feel the customer service was very good. He was out here within hours and gave me a name for a plumber which I also was pleased with. I can't speak for the company as a whole as I haven't had to deal with them regarding anything, but the property is maintained, grass cut, trash picked up, snow removed. Reviews speak for themselves. All I asked was for cameras to be installed. Absolutely zero accountability. “No need as my guys are great” Installed speed “bumps” back and in the process scratched a car. Zero accountability

The worst company I've ever had the misfortune to interact with - truthfully. I attempted to get in contact with our property manager, Mike, beginning September 2023, to simply have a conversation about a walkaround for exterior pressure washing. After months of no responses from the company, I pestered them daily. I finally got through to Mike, who ultimately resorted to an abrasive demeanor, unwilling to hear me out or answer any questions. The company decided to withdraw from the contract with our condo, blaming their continued absence from the site on the fact that they’re a 1-hour drive away. Choosing this company is a mistake and you’ll be better off sticking with whoever you have now. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

These are the potholes that are all over my court. I have emailed Carol several times. I was told that the they were "just waiting to pick a date" to make the repairs. These have been here for almost a year. The pot holes are consecutive and near a bus stop. Last summer I saw a young girl walking to the bus stop. She fell. Mike Rose is no help either. This is within the constant branch HOA. With winter approaching these are going to be and even bigger Hazzard. I have emailed almost weekly. I begging to think that my neighborhood is being discriminated against. I guess I'll just keep calling and emailing daily.
