The apartment manager Emily is very helpful & so nice! Came in looking for a 2 bedroom apartment at the right price. Right away she let me know about the specials they were running! So attentive & helpful ☺️.

Worst place to live. The minor issues: My AC unit went out twice. My top lock hasn't worked since I've lived here (2 long years), still nobody has fixed it. My bathroom sink has had issues for a while, told them when I renewed my lease a year ago. Nobody has fixed it. The terrible issues: my mailbox, along with several others, has been broken into TWICE. now the lock is permanently broken on it. They hung a picture by the mailboxes of the "mail bandit", which didnt resolve anything. One neighbor has a child that is extremely loud, stomps and runs for several hours a day and I hear it, even though I'm on the 3rd floor. I usually do not leave reviews but this one I will leave. I have lived here for less than a year. This apt has thee worst silver fish, some new creature similar to a silver fish, and ant problems. It makes no sense how many times we have to request pest control to come. I have sprayed myself & even bought different ant traps still have the same problem. Management changed to SAH (San Antonio Housing) and they are thee worst management I had to deal with. They are now closed on Saturdays (huge inconvenience for tenants) Being here this long 3 months ago (new management on site) they came to look at our broken microwave (door won't latch) and our ice machine (spits out full water vs ice cubes). So It only deserves two stars because of Sandra from the office and Victor from maintenance.. The main maintenance guy.. tall skinny puerto rican fella is absolutely terrible! Lazy as they come! No one should have to deal with people like that! The owner should definitely find someone else.. I'm sure they're plenty of PEOPLE that want to work. I tried to apply and the lady told me over the phone they don't schedule tours, that I can just "look at the floor plans". She also wants you to pay an arm and a leg sent over as money orders to apply (just to be told you don't qualify, I bet). You would have had a new tenant and lost your chance.
