Ive lived here for a year now and can say Shannon and the people here at continental have always been courteous and professional, as well as been prompt to address any/all concerns Ive had. If your going to go with weidner, this is likely going to be your absolute best bet (or the other property Shannon manages). Shannon cares and has been an amazing manager, it seems she takes the good kind of pride in her work.

The best experience I had in any apartment. Someone usually is on site often . If ever there was any problems, Shannon would be on top of it . Decently quiet if you're on the second or top floor . Most places I seen in Anchorage seems like there's nobody running the place . You won't be disappointed in Shannon . Shannon is the best. If ever I come back to Anchorage, I hope to be back . It's the only apartment around that I trust is managed .

When I first moved in 2 months ago. I was Welcome in my apartment with a Welcome certificate with my name & a gift of plate sets (Which I was desperately in need) I was amazed & grateful. LOVED THE FEELING OF BEING WELCOMED.. The environment & tenants are friendly & amazing. I love the fact there’s an security doors & elevator.. The Management & Staffs here at Continental Apartment Homes are on point. Great Job 👏.. Shannon You Are A Rockstar.. Because of a last minute decision I had 3 days to find an apt. I found these to be cute and all that we needed. If it wasn't for Shannon, I wouldn't be sitting in my new apt right now. We are completely overjoyed with the entire process and Shannon went above and beyond for us. We owe everything to her. She needs a raise!

I have lived at Continental Apartments for many years and I am very happy with every aspect of living here! It is well maintained and I truly feel safe living here, well done Continental management staff! 😀✌
