Conifer Village at Ferry Station

I wanted to give 0 stars these people are horrible they have tried to take advantage of some of these people financially because they are older financial changes being made with no notice to the residents in this particular building the sales and service skills are horrible as the office personnel has changed the are disgracefully rude their presentation is the worst I’ve seen in a long time . They need a completely new staff as of todays date I’ve made plenty attempts to contact corporate office and they do not respond any good busy needs a great administrator/ administration So it clear why the camden office is distasteful. Better business Bureau is needed here just because it’s Camden doesn’t mean the ignorance of treatment is acceptable

They need to keep these bathrooms open. Just because football is over doesn’t mean baseball is. I’m sitting here as I write this and I desperately need to use the bathroom. How am I supposed to sit here through three games in a tournament and not use the bathroom. Very upset with the performance of this place. I expected better.

The management never wants to fix anything. They expect you to pay your rent but they never fix anything. Apartments have mice and all
