Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unsafe Living Conditions and Harassment Dear Conifer Grove Apartments, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Conifer Grove Apartments, where I previously resided with my family at 310 McCarrey St Apt A 99508. During my tenancy, my family and I endured extremely unsafe and uninhabitable conditions for several years, which negatively impacted our health and well-being. Specifically: • The unit had mold, bed bugs, mice, and rodent droppings, which contributed to ongoing illness in my household. • Despite multiple complaints, management and maintenance staff failed to properly resolve these issues. Repairs were often left incomplete, and maintenance equipment was left in my home even while my family continued living there. • Rent was increased m

The apartments are covered in mold and there is standing water under almost all of the buildings. You have to run a dehumidifier 24/7 with you should factor into the cost of living here. Most of the other residents refuse to pick up after their pets and or kids. There is also a lot of gang activity in conifer grove, I feel it necessary to stay armed while living here or walking my dog outside. Find somewhere else to rent. My wife and I are moving out after this lease and never looking back. Now to only hope that management doesn't retaliate for this review. P.s. The building management incentives positive reviews.

The property managers (Cristi and then Emma) were always super kind and helpful, and the unit served its purpose as a budget friendly 1 bedroom unit. The only two things that would push this to 5 stars is that 1) there were no screens in my windows (easy fix from Lowe's that i took care of) and 2) one of the neighbors in my building and her kids were constantly and obnoxiously loud, and they were extremely rude in person. Most neighbors were great, but they sucked. All in all I would recommend!

My door was acting like a rebellious teenager—refusing to cooperate. But this hero (Mark N.) showed up like a door whisperer and brought it back in line! Quick, friendly, and didn’t even judge my terrible DIY attempt. Highly recommend before your door files for independence!

I want to thank Naoli and her supervisor Deshante for staying after hours to get us our apartment. They were both patient and understanding. They knew about my hectic situation and did everything they could to get me the keys to my apartment with my roommate. Very sweet and caring people! I truly am grateful I chose this place. The neighborhood around is also very peaceful and everyone seems to keep to themselves. Thank you all again!
