My family lives there and all the time that they need something fix in the apartment and call to the office , the lady who is in the office NEVER ANSWER the phone ,, I call her more then 10 times in different hours and when you call you cannot leave the message either , and some people like me ,, we work and go home in the afternoon , so we cannot go to the office because is close , also I do not know why the secretary is leaving early ...When the website say that they leave at 5:00 pm .. Really disappointed .it makes me think they do not care for the people who lives their ONLY THEIR MONEY ...
