Concord House Apartments

I have lived here for 4 years now and I absolutely love the apartment I'm in and the building I'm in. The area is very nice. We are under new management since 2022 and most maintenance work orders are completed in a timely fashion. The apartment is very small and no Xtra storage closet or locker, no pool, no dishwasher or garbage disposal and no fitness or party room. It's just a basic apartment but very cozy. The rent just went up and I feel it's a bit high for not having all the amenities other apartments have. But, overall, very happy here.

Been on this address for 5 years thank God and never had any issues. Had good comunicacion with previous landlords and this residence was just adquired by a new management company which are very polite and responsive. Units are comfortable for a single person or a couple starting out. Is closed by mayor stores and retailers. Also is really quiet which is Mayor deal for me as i am a Quiet fanatic and love my peace and quiet. I am uncertain if theres any vacancies at this time. Is a great quiet area to live in.

Been here for about 6yrs definitely going down Hill. Very limited parking some people have 3 cars. Laundry room is very filthy. Never can get a hold of management very Disappointed.

Very unprofessional and rude people in the leasing office. I had spoke with a man 2 months ago who took down my name and number and told me he would call when a 1BR came available in mid August. Called back today and he was very rude. Told me he gets names and numbers everyday so I asked do you just not call people back? I was hung up on. Very disrespectful. If I could rate 0 stars I would. You don’t speak to people in such a rude manner and then hang up the phone...

Seems very nice. Small amount of parking when visiting
