Committed Title And Closing Services LLC

My experience with Committed Title and Closing was a 5 1/2 month nightmare. My husband and I purchased land to build our dream house and Committed Titled neglected to tell us that there was a lien on the property. This was discovered after a series of other issues such as incorrect spelling of names, inspections not being completed, permits not approved and recording incorrect parcel numbers. Once those were are finally corrected, our construction loan went to the underwriter who discovered the lien. The process to remove the lien should have been started after closing on the land. I had to file a complaint with the Title Insurance Company, which I highly recommend is purchased, in order to get the lien removed, 5 1/2 months after we purchased the land. They would not even return emails or

Nick and his team far exceeded the expectations of both the buyers and sellers. He was able to close in just over 3 weeks with no hiccups! His rates are also the best in the area which is a plus.

I definitely recommend committed Title. Kelly gets the job done quick and efficient. A very professional company to work with.
