Alexis is absolutely AMAZING and truly deserves a raise! From start to finish, she made our entire leasing process so easy, smooth, and completely stress-free. She worked so hard to get us approved like it was her personal mission and stayed on top of everything every step of the way. Her communication was perfect she was patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and about the people she’s helping. She went above and beyond for us, and because of her, what could have been a stressful experience felt effortless and exciting. Columbia woods has always been a nice & quiet neighborhood . I went into the office a couple months ago to apply , the application process was a breeze and Deanna was so nice . When I returned Alexis was very helpful . I love the energy the ladies gave off . If your planning to move to Newnan I would definitely recommend Colombia woods

I have lived at Columbia woods for a year now. The maintenance guys are always on it! The office staff is amazing and always on call, If I have any questions or concerns they are always willing to help and all of my concerns are addressed immediately. The neighborhood is well kept up and maintained!

The staff is very friendly. They have been extremely helpful in helping me get into an apartment and working with my schedule. I will definitely recommend Columbia Wood Townhomes to my family and friends!
