I lived here from 2019-2024. Please do not rent here. Overpriced for a mice infested bug infested complex. I still have yet to receive my security deposit back. Not only that the original apartment I lived in had mold likely from a leak from the apartment upstairs ac unit and all they did was paint over the mold. I had a toddler at the time so I could not stay in that apartment and moved buldings to the one with mice in the walls. There wasn’t a day I could sleep for that whole year I was there that I wasn’t hearing or worried I would see a mouse.

if I could give them a zero I most definitely would! Since I have moved in here from September till the current day I have no heat nor hot water this has been a constant issue and we have had to reach out to every source and there has been little to nothing being done. this property manager that was here was told to leave and now its been like a weird New Jersey abandonment look over here. this whole place has done nothing but been a constant problem after problem please proceed with caution when thinking about renting here especially if you have children or elderly. it is not safe.

I just want to warn people about this apartment complex. Do NOT rent here. There’s no hot water, no heat, and no maintenance staff. I don’t even know who I’m supposed to pay rent to because there are no contracts and no clear management. One of the property managers was recently sentenced to 7 years for fraud, and now they’re trying to make us use a new payment portal connected to a nursing home involved with Medicaid issues. It’s all very suspicious and unprofessional.

Ever since Maurice left, it’s like nothing gets done. The new property manager Tanisha does not answer the phone reply to messages or even make sure her tenants are comfortable. I never know who to contact with my issues because no one answered the phone. No one emails me back I get nothing. There are electrical issues that have never been solved since the three years I’ve been living here resolving in having a blown fuse about once every two weeks. You can’t control your own heat so you’re either too hot or too cold bc they won’t turn it on when it needs to be on. They have 2010 appliances with 2024 rent prices all they do is paint over every issue. You have leaving you with the same issue in three months. There’s no amenities the basement/laundry room is infested with rodents and roache

Ever since Maurice left the apartments have gone down !! The is a nice problem and they are now dying in the walls so there is a content weird smell I cannot get rid of … I wouldn’t let my pet fish live here !! Management does NOT CARE !! DO NOT I REPEAT FO NOT MOVE HERE … you will be PISSED OFF Ps— I’ve lived here since 2018 with no real rodent issues … since proud living had taken over with a new property manager the issues have started (2023-now)
