College Town on the River

I’ve lived at college town just over a semester, and my roommate and I love it here! The staff is so helpful and friendly, and truly makes us feel comfortable. We always feel safe here which is a huge bonus for parents + students looking for off campus housing. Cant recommend enough!!

I’ve lived at Collegetown for two years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The staff is responsive, accommodating, and truly takes care of residents. Any issues that come up are rare and always resolved quickly. The property is consistently being improved, and communication from management is clear and reliable. I also appreciate the strong sense of community they foster through regular events and activities. The residents themselves are great, and Collegetown truly feels like home. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

I had to delete my old comment from 1 year ago to make a new review. My previous review was 5 stars and I still maintain that today! Let me state unequivocally that this apartment complex is wonderful to live at as a college student. The cost is relatively cheap compared to most other complexes geared towards students, but where College town shines is their excellent management, maintenance and representative customer service. Anytime I had a question, concern, or even just felt the need to chat, College Town and their staff were always willing to listen and help out their residents. It’s been a crazy year, but College Town made it much more tolerable, and even enjoyable most of the time. My daughter lives here and she loves it! We went on a tour, and the staff was so kind and informative. The property managers are always understanding of our needs and help us when they can. My daughter has never had a complaint while living here!

Leaving this on my side account because they’re notorious for leaving notorious for leaving nice-nasty replies to negative reviews. Complete lack of professionalism Moves into this unit in August, signed a lease and found this place based on positive reviews. Now I understand most of the reviews are from tours to skew it positive. Firstly the positives. The shuttle is amazing, drivers aren’t always friendly but they get you from point a-b consistently which is all I’m looking for. The rooms are nice. The bathroom is nice. The closet is amazingly spacious, but does take up most of the room space. The negatives. If you’re not in a premier unit, which is the only one they show you using the door, be prepared to have the oldest appliances known to man. No countertop space in the kitchen wha
