As a professional Realtor, I take pride in guiding my clients through every step of the home-buying process, ensuring they are well-informed and protected. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Colina Homes in Baytown, specifically with their representative Lorraine Garcia, has been disappointing and concerning. I had a signed Buyer Representation Agreement with my client, yet he mistakenly went under contract without my involvement. He later reached out to me to review his mortgage worksheet, at which point I discovered he had already entered into an agreement with the builder. Naturally, I followed up with him and asked all the necessary questions regarding his contract, many of which he was unable to answer. This raised concerns for me, particularly whether he had been incentivized
