DO not rent anything from Mark Kniffing or his wife Jennifer kniffing. They Took my deposit and my rent money. I was told by Jennifer his wife that I needed to move out and I would get my refund for the Rent since I moved on the 8th and paid for all month. Well she lied and took my money I paid for that month and also took my deposit. She was the worst. If anything breaks in the house and it’s on a holiday or a weekend she will wait until the weekday because she says it’s cheaper. We had a leak on the roof and they never fixed the mold that was growing in my room.She took about 3,000 from me. Please be aware .

Rick Calderone and his client sold us a home that we believed was worth 60K over market value based on square footage, improvements and “brand new” throughout. Turns out, they lied about almost every item, from square footage to 16 year old “new”appliances to travertine tile that turned out to be .63 cents a square foot ceramic tile, new pool copement and vanities that can be seen in the MLS listings four sales back. The list is LONG and EMBARRASSING. The seller did almost zero work and the work he did do is catastrophically failing.
