Last Friday they placed a lot on sale without properly verifying who the rightful owner is. My cousins and I are the owners. The title shows my cousin’s name. Luckily I happen to pass by the lot every day and I saw the for sale sign on it. What if I had not noticed it? I called the realtor Sue Ormonde, She didn’t even return my call. So I walked into their office and I called the broker, David Ormonde. They removed the listing after three days, after they had already accepted an offer on it. Be careful with your properties.

I tried scheduling a tour for one of the properties managed by this company and I have to say the agent I interacted with, Debbie Frugugliette, is very unprofessional. She was unresponsive and never once cared to update me on any open house or schedule me for a tour of the property after I asked several times. She does not answer phone calls, return phone calls, or text messages. She would tell me she'll call me back and never does and says she will update me of her schedule and never does. When I did finally get her to call me back after I submitted and paid for an application it was only because I had to go through her main office to get the receptionist to get her to call me back. When I did get her on the phone she was defensive and unprofessional making it clear that she didn't think

The people who work here are judgmental, cruel, and uncompassionate. I wouldn’t trust them or do business with them. Update: in response to the owner’s response, this review was made after you called 911 on a sleeping homeless man in your parking lot. Not only were you pathetically afraid to ask a homeless guy to leave your property, you then went on to make comments about how you believe we should put homeless people down like stray animals. So yeah, don’t do business with these heartless creeps

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY CALLED ME AT 6:22 AM. I DID NOT REQUEST THEIR PHONE CALL EITHER. NUMEROUS COMLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST THEM BY ME BECAUSE THIS IS HARASSMENT.

I have spoken to Frew on several occasions and can't speak highly enough of him. He is knowledgeable, friendly and a real people person. He has a long track record of success and comes highly recommended
