If I could leave 0 stars for this company, I would without hesitation. Save yourself a headache that doesn't go away, look elsewhere for your real estate needs.

My wife and I were hunting for a vacation home in Palm Desert for months and met a lot of Realtors along the way. When we met Paul Vilchis he went out of his way to help us and had a genuine interest in finding us the right place. He always answered his phone and made us feel like we were his only clients, even as he had multiple escrows open. I highly recommend him.

They are really only out for money, Cris is the agent USAA gives you so she loses part of her cut so usaa can pay you a bonus just beware she will not work for what is BEST for you, she tries to make up the difference by selling you a home that works best in her own interest. The best agent we have ever worked with and when we come back will continue to work with is Renne Faller! She is always there ready to answer questions and actually help! She will work with whatever YOU need and not try to sell you on something you don’t.

Lots of turnover! The folks i dealt with a couple years ago are all gone.
