Jason John's is a very nice and polite real estate agent his personality is a pleasure to deal with as well as his smile. Jason was always available whenever I had any questions. I had a rough situation with the selling of my home and unfortunately wasn't able to sell with Mr. John's What I like about Jason the most is he never was insultive about my home even though it needed a lot of work. His manager (sorry didn't get his name ) was also professional and polite like Jason. I would recommend his agency to anyone. Jason if you read this thanks for everything you done. Absolutely THE BEST! During a highly competitive time in the market we felt completely taken care of and valued as a customer from the beginning. Kris & Brandi were always responsive and never waivered in assisting us even as the months passed and offers were not accepted. They were encouraging, optimistic yet also realistic given market conditions and helped us be sure we had all of the necessary documentation. Absolutely a PLEASURE to work with and we HIGHLY recommend! Not sure you can find any better than Kris & Brandi!

My husband and I were referred to Kris and Brandi when we decided to look for our first home. Kris and Brandi were professional while being personable, responded to our texts quickly and understood the needs of our family. It was a pleasure working with them as they have gone above and beyond for us and have even followed up and have offered up help even after we closed. We highly recommend choosing them!

So we rented a house through Ann Marie & Zita as brokers of rental. We were lied to from the beginning to the day we moved in. It was really simple stuff, patch and painting over repairs. We would of gladly did this ourselves in the 3 weeks we signed the lease til we moved in but have multiple messages stating the work will be done. Move in day nothing done.... but they sure cashed our checks... Do not believe them as they just tell u anything than pretend they never said it. Couldn't imagine buying a house through them. Do yourself a favor and dont use these two realtors for anything. I also reported missing shingles, a week later during monsoon rain I called homeowner as it was coming thru beedroom ceiling, he said they never even told him... VERY DISSAPOINTED IN COLDWELL BANKER.....
