Basilia Delgado was very unprofessional and made the experience of buying a house a horrible . She never answered any of our realtors calls, she was there for the closing of the house and didn’t say hi or give a handshake. She stayed looking at her phone and ironically was answering phone calls. The sellers appointment at the title company was 9 am our appointment was 10:30AM. The day before we went to sign, our realtor and her communicated that she would leave the keys there at the title and once papers were signed we would receive the keys. She did not leave the keys and once again did not answer my realtors calls. While still waiting at the title office from our 10:30AM appointment, 30 minutes later she texts him and says that she would be dropping off the keys at 3pm at the title compa
